Golden Lychee Dream

Golden Lychee Dream blends Lychee Estate Vodka with the warm spice of Licor 43 and the creamy sweetness of crème de cacao, rounded out with vanilla and vibrant passion fruit purée. A touch of foam gives it a silky, indulgent texture, while a fresh lemon zest twist adds a bright, aromatic finish. Decadent and tropical in equal measure.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Lychee Estate Vodka
15ml Licor 43
15ml Crème de Cacao
5ml Vanilla Syrup
30ml Passion Fruit Purée?
6–8 drops Fee Foam (or Aquafaba)

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish

A fresh lemon zest twist.
