Blush of Desire is a lush, velvety sipper built on Lychee Estate Vodka, layered with strawberry liqueur and purée for a rich, fruity sweetness, and balanced by fresh lemon juice. Double-shaken with egg white for a luxuriously silky, frothy texture, then finished with a pink strawberry sugar rim — this one's as pretty as it is indulgent.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Lychee Estate Vodka
20ml Strawberry Liqueur
20ml Strawberry Purée
30ml Lemon Juice
60ml Egg White

METHOD

Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg white, then add ice, shake again, and double strain into a coupe glass.

GARNISH

Pink strawberry sugar rim.
